At AIM we celebrate change-makers with Kalam Awards: the Environmental warriors, the community builders, the everyday heroes. Every year a minimum of 50 – 70 change-makers are recognised Schools, Teachers, Doctors, Police Officials, Front-line workers, Young activists – and all those who contributed immensely to the community have been awarded.
How we select awardees:
- Change-makers are nominated by AIM followers
- Three different scrutinizing teams are created based on nomination sectors
- Nominees are interviewed in-person and fact-checked
- The selected Awardees are recognized in our yearly Kalam Awards Event
