• Any person over 18 years of age, regardless of origin (Indian or otherwise), is eligible to apply for AIM membership.

• Information provided through contact forms and other forms will not be shared with third parties.

• AIM does not discriminate based on caste, creed, gender, religion, race, sexual orientation, etc., in selecting members, staff, board, or beneficiaries.

• AIM promotes a positive and inclusive social environment and empowers marginalized individuals and communities.
• AIM strives to improve society by serving communities and inspiring others to help.

• Membership is open to networks of NGOs and social workers.
• Actively participate in the organization by contributing ideas, best practices, and expertise.
• Receive invitations and discounts to events, seminars, and conferences organized by network members.
• Network with other non-profit organizations and build collaborations.
• Develop new skills and professional connections.
• Gain premium member listing on the AIM website/social media and event brochures.
• Use the AIM logo on approved organisational materials and websites.

• Treat each other with dignity and respect.
• Be transparent and avoid hidden agendas.
• Be open-minded and genuine in sharing ideas, challenges, and feelings.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within the network.
• Dedicate time and resources to network engagement and contribute to its strategic goals.
• Prepare for meetings and projects to demonstrate value and respect for others’ time.
• Inform AIM of significant organizational changes, such as contact person, name, statutes, vision, or mission.

Membership can be terminated by the General Body under the following conditions:

• • Written resignation.
  • Death of a member.
  • Absence from three consecutive General Body meetings without notification.
  • Violence, discrimination, or misuse of the organization’s name.
  
  
• A one-month notice is required for resignation.
• The reason for termination will be communicated to the member in writing.
• Associate Member misconduct during the 12-month membership period will result in termination without a refund.

• Appeals should be addressed to the General Body. Their decision is final. The reason for objection will be communicated to the member.

• Expelled members may be re-admitted upon fulfilling specific conditions laid out in the Rules & Regulations and paying a new admission fee.

• The General Body consists of all members who have significantly contributed to the organization’s growth.

• Membership is valid for one year and automatically renews annually on [date] unless a written request to discontinue is received at least three weeks prior ([date]).
